Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Twindel. This is a plain-language summary — a full legal version is available on request.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of your information, and the activity of users you invite. You must comply with the terms and policies of each social network you connect.
Acceptable use
Don't use Twindel to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, to spam, or to violate any connected platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing and trial
The 14-day free trial is available on the Pro plan and requires a payment method. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; there are no long-term contracts.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Twindel reliable but provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; we'll give notice of material changes. You may stop using Twindel at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
